Preventive Well-Being Is Easier Than Corrective Well-Being

Worse than not having someone to talk about my headache is having the headache. Establishing my well-being solves all the rest!

But to suddenly switch to the positive thought required to allow wellness is not likely to be a fast process, because now you have the hindering pain or illness (or both) to contend with. Preventive wellness is far easier to accomplish than corrective wellness, but, in either case, improved-feeling thoughts — thoughts of greater and greater relief — are the key.”
